What is the Bulk Reseller Program?

The Bulk Reseller Program is a program that gives Web developers and designers the ability to purchase a single reseller plan and allocate all the disk space, bandwidth, and e-mail accounts to an unlimited amount of client accounts.

What restrictions do I have as a bulk reseller?

To become a reseller, you must agree to our Terms of Service. The restrictions described within the terms of service are applicable to each of your clients.

How many accounts and domains can I host as a bulk reseller?

We do not put limits on the actual number of accounts or domains that you can host. However, you are limited by the amount of disk space, bandwidth and e-mail accounts.

What features are included in the Bulk Reseller Program?

Each reseller receives the following features as part of the reseller program:

  • Unlimited number of sites and domains
  • Private-labeled control panel
  • Dedicated technical support, billing, and engineering staff
  • Powerful reseller console for comprehensive account management
  • One-click login for easy account management

How will my clients access their online control panel?

Your clients can access their online control panel by going to http://accountsupport.com/member/ They will log in using their username and password.

What nameservers will my clients' sites use?

Your clients' sites will use the accountsupport.com nameservers.

Where are my clients' sites hosted?

Your clients' sites will be hosted on our non-branded property called accountsupport.com

Billing Questions

How do my clients get billed?

As the reseller, you are responsible for all billing and technical support for your clients.

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept accept credit cards for all billing periods. We also accept checks for annual payments.

Will I get a notice when my accounts are due to be billed?

You will receive a notification 30 days prior to the renewal date of annual accounts only. You can view the status of your accounts through the Members Area of your reseller account.

How do I cancel an account?

To cancel an account, please send an e-mail message to our Support team and they will cancel the account.
